Announcing our 2007 Academy Invitational Weekend Tour:

Just do it. Invite my team of Instuctors and me on YOUR next Troop campout. We can teach these skills anywhere, on a weekend backpacking trip or even just at your local park or backyard. You save the cost of getting the whole Troop up here to the Academy Campus on the border of Yosemite National Park for awesome skill training twice a year :) And the only added cost is 25 cents per round-trip mile for us to come to your own local campout location.

Choose an Acacdemy Merit Badge Program for your next Troop weekend campout. Yes you can earn an entire Badge in just one weekend, like Pioneering, Orienteering, Wilderness Survival, Geology, Indian Lore, Fishing, Astronomy, or Emergency Preparedness. Choose one Badge for the whole Troop to work on. I am a registered Merit Badge Counselor for all of these Badges. My Academy Program is much more spectacular than any summer camp. And tuition is a lot less than the cost of Space Camp, Cave Tours, Sailing weekends, battleships and other Merit Badge camps. Call or email me to get started.

The Academy goal is to teach skills beyond belief. See the over 200 photos on this website to get started. Print some of the photos to show people at your Troop meeting, or download them to a portable device for a mini slideshow presentation.

Any child under 10 years old will need one designated adult with them at all times. This Academy Course is good for all ages, and tuition is discounted to only $30 for siblings or Cubs under 10-years-old who want to participate, and only $40 for everyone else (adults also) per weekend.
